Founded in 2003 in Tel Aviv

Working in a wide range of planning domains including: residential buildings, public buildings, office buildings, and commercial structures.

The basic service concept of the office is to provide excellence above all and integrate all the different layers of planning– from Macro to Micro– while combining all the architectural solutions from the smallest detail up to the extensive look at the overall perception. These solutions are tailored to fit the clients’ needs from the programmatic and functionality aspects, and are adapted to fit the budget and the scheduling deadlines. In our professional approach, we aim to create a unique architectural language, by incorporating and being aware of some flexibility in the planning and adapting to the changing reality, without forgoing the precision and the aesthetic values of the original concept and the final result. The office provides guidance to the clients and is involved in all phases of the planning process; from dealing with bureaucracy and authorities, through technical planning with the consultants, engineers and contractors, and up to coping with all the conceptual and aesthetic questions which may arise during the planning process.


The architectural idea leading our planning concept is based on the values embodied in the tectonic discourse of architecture. This discourse emphasizes architecture as being the tradition of construction engulfing values of technology as a cultural expression, historical layers of architectural attributes newly conformed to the innovative artifacts, which express the Zeitgeist of the moment while emphasizing technological excellence. This guiding principle enables us to create architectural structures and spatial experiences encompassing a unique aesthetic and poetic values.


Tal Azoulay Architects is using the newest and most updated engineering office management programs and has the cutting edge solutions in all specialized software for engineering and architecture. The planning procedure incorporates digital parametric dimensions, which enable us to produce structural information in order to optimize the building performance. The planning process is done both in digital 3D models and physical models, which allow the realistic simulation of the surroundings and buildings at all stages. This planning process helps us in making more efficient and in-depth examinations of the planned object, whilst minimizing the uncertainties and the un-seeable aspects of the execution.
